چکیده

Multimedia instruction means presenting words and pictures that are intended to promote learning. Since there severe limits on the amount of information processed in human working memory, multimedia instructional messages should be so designed as guide appropriate cognitive processing during learning without overloading learner’s system. To maximize learners’ information, design software must consistent with theory mechanism meaningful It is found methods like visualizing managing essential processing, reducing extraneous fostering generative devised accordance Mayer's principles, can significantly improve effect representation transmission, which, a great extent, helps curb teachers’ tendency neglect while software, thus provides insight into well software.

Adapting instructional design methods to intelligent multimedia authoring systems

Given the recent development of Intelligent Multimedia Authoring ("IMA") systems, there are few well-developed associated methodologies for authoring courseware. System designers have therefore turned to the automation of instructional design models, originally developed for traditional teaching. In this paper we describe one case of automating a specific instructional design model in an IMA sy...
